To register on zatbaj you need: an active Bangladeshi mobile number, your full name, and to be at least 18 years old. No documents are required upfront. NID verification may be needed for large withdrawals. For more details, Registration Page See details.

No. Only one zatbaj account can be created per mobile number. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended or terminated, and any balance may be forfeited.

On the login page Click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number and you'll receive an OTP. Use it to set a new password. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.

Entering the wrong password more than 5 times will automatically lock your account for 30 minutes. Try again after 30 minutes. If the problem persists, contact our support team — they'll verify your identity and help you recover your account.

First, make sure your phone has a network signal and that the number you entered is correct. OTPs typically arrive within 60 seconds. If it doesn't come through, use the "Resend" option. If you still don't receive it, contact support.
Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit on zatbaj is BDT 200. Funds are credited instantly via mobile banking or bank transfer. There is no upper deposit limit, though larger amounts may require additional verification.

Most withdrawals are processed within 1–30 minutes. Occasionally, verification may take 1–2 hours. Bank transfers can take up to 24 hours.

Your balance typically arrives within 5–10 minutes. If it doesn't, take a screenshot of your payment and send it to support. Providing the transaction ID speeds up resolution. Also make sure the account you sent the deposit from matches your zatbaj registered number.
